I had a unique experience at this hotel, the rooms overlooked the concrete entrance porch with views of a building under construction, which was surprisingly better than other hotels I've stayed in. The manager was exceptionally helpful and kind, catering to my every need. The reception area, albeit with a view of the storage and hotel office, offered excellent facilities.
